Keep in mind that your FSH changes from month to month - so it may not always be that high.  Also, it would be helpful to check your FSH after a clomid challenge (clomid can help your body produce healthier eggs).  Some women with high FSH have had babies naturally, some with only the help of clomid, and some have needed more help from an RE.  I agree with the other posters that you need to find a doctor that is willing to help you, and most importantly, don't give up - having your own child is still very possible!  Best of luck to you.

I agree with redblues that given your age you are still young enough to have a child.  Honestly though with an FSH of 20 that is high.  I hear the ideal number is under 9.  Keep the faith there are women who have gotten pregnant with high FSH.  I would go find another dr for 2nd opinion.

Best Wishes to you!!!
