I don't think its a weight loss diet but rather a low-sugar diet that supposedly helps prevent yeast infections. I've reducing sugar helps but the only way I could get rid of them was prescribed meds, making sure my husband was treated too, and washing everything in an antibacterial laundry detergent.

I am 5'4 276lbs an 17wks preg. I have read an been told diets are not good when preg. Your body an baby need all that nutrition that foid an variety provides. Not saying dont watch what u eat an minimize the fried foods an junk. If your considering a diet or have been on one run it by your dr an make sure its safe.
