Important question on contractions??
Today I was having contractions 3-4 min. apart my husband was tracking them there were the worst pain ever. My back is shot from them, however they have slowed down hours later. I lost my mucus plug on Friday I don't know if I'm in actual labor, I don't want to go into labor and delivery and send me home. What should I do? Do you think it's labor? I will be 38 weeks pregnant on tuesday
Are you still having them or have they stopped?
If you are still having contractions go in. Typically they want to see you when your contractions are 5 minutes a part for over an hour. If the contractions have stopped it's probably pre-labor but if they were that strong and close together it might be good to get checked anyway.
