I agree with recliner. But also I had to lay on side with pillow under belly and one between legs. Didn't need them in my back from what I can recall. But recliner was da bomb!

Body pillows lol I use it between my knees and stretch out where I can hold it to my chest so I can lean comfortably on it so my hips dont hurt and my belly is supported.  Hopefully that made sense :) they also make maternity body pillows but I jus have one ive always used. Goodluck getting comfortable is impossible and getting up is even more mission impossible.

I put one pillow between my knees and ankles and one under my side. I have also added hypnotherapy sleep aids to my routine from YouTube they work wonders. Some are over 3 hours long. They even have ones that are great for a 30-60minute nap. I am now sleeping 6 hours uninterrupted not even to use the bathroom

I have a body pillow that helped for awhile but now the only way I can get restful sleep is to sleep in a recliner

Are you using a pillow under belly, behind back and between legs?  They make some wrap around pillows that are great for pregnancy.
