castor oil

Im 38 weeks and 5 days pregnant if ii take castor oil with ginger ale will it induce my labor?

It will do exactly what it is intended to do - clear out your bowels. Unfortunately it will probably do the same for the baby. That's why drs don't recommend it anymore.

I took it with my first pregnacy made me go in false labor baby born 6.7 n healthy three days latter had her

Don't do it. People have lost their babies from drinking it. The baby can have a bowel movement in the womb.

I def. Would not advise castor oil. There have been several posts that I have seen by women stating that when they took it, it not only caused them to have a bowel movement but it also caused their unborn child to have one as well which is very dangerous.

Drink prune juice its a lot safer healthier and does exactly what caster oil does

I wouldnt take caster oil its not recommended by any docter nor nurse , it can harm your baby in so many ways I know ppl who have tooken it and lost there baby at birth just because they wanted to rush there babys birth. Your baby will come when he/she is ready.
