communities by age

I laughed so hard reading the comments on the post below. First of all people are so upset that they were in the wrong forum and had no idea it was divided by age as opposed to stage of pregnancy. I guess since the first forum starts at 18, everyone early on in their pregnancy should be evicted from the sit?!? LOL. Next, so many people said they would rather talk to people at the same stage of prenancy rather than their age. As a 38 y.o mother of 6, I would rather talk about balancing high school children & an infant, or about genetic testing & amniocentesis as opposed to your baby's daddy or what you should name it.

I don't think it has anything to do with age. I've had this app for a long time and I've even seen immature drama in this age group as well; including this post. By posting this, you are showing your own immaturity. Somebody really needed point that out. Some younger girls come to this age group seeking advice from experienced mothers. It's not right to judge all of them way you ladies have. Actually, I am 27 with my second child and over the past year I have given helpful advice to younger women and women in this age group as well. There are first time mom's in all age groups. This post is offensive. Don't judge someone based on their age. They might surprise you and offer you some useful and helpful advice.

I'm almost 30, but I post in here too, because I am sick of the drama in the other forums.  Even now, they are still complaining about the complaining posts.  It's crazy.

I'm 30 years old and I hope you don't mind me posting in this age group, but the women in my age group are acting crazy! All they do is bicker back and forth...I can't stand it! I had to get out of there.

What irritates me the most is that people complain that they want to be able to find people who are at the same amount weeks as them.  They can, if they just go to the month forums.  Then, I won't have to keep reading horrible spelling, drama about baby daddies, and crap about women who are smoking/drinking and want us to tell them it's okay.  Just my two cents.

I couldn't agree more, I'm 41 & pregnant with my first, I want to talk to moms my own age and at my stage in life as we handle those challenges. Not an 18 year old with a baby, don't take it personally, it's just not where I am in my life anymore, and I want to keep up with peers.
