Metamucil or mirilax but if you're severely constipated, may need a strong laxative then be sure to take Metamucil daily to prevent it again.

Stop my prenatal for a couple days and substitute a childrens chewable vitamin. My OB also allows docusate and Miralax.
Up your water intake, eat more fruits and veggies. A couple times, i had to stop my prenatal
Walking and exercise. Get up and move!
Peaches, Pairs, Plums, Prunes, are all good for movement.
Banana is not good!
Apples are so so.
Flaxseed oil. You can mix it in with oatmeal.
Stool softener saved my life...
Dried mango. It's delicious and it works!
mineral oil. it's safe and has no taste, because it's been so long you may need a enema and at least 3 doses a day after meals to get yourself going.
I had a problem with constipation myself and the best thing was taking the mineral oil. Good luck.
Metamucil in the morning and night for two days, it really helps me when I have trouble.
You need more fiber, mangos and apples with plenty of water will make you go. You could even try decaf coffee
