I got a kick out of that video as well. I think once women become pregnant, their partners should have to go through that process for just 1 hour. I think ti would change SO many things. Or....another thought is since they do sex ed in school, make the boys and girls go through that to understand what they're getting into. Glad the nap helped. And I am now seeing all of my typos in that first post and ty for being able to read it..lol thats what I get for typing on my phone. :)
Thats funny. My husband does the same thing.
Its ok to complain. i had sciatica last pregnancy and it was horrible. I remember the sharp shooting pains down the back of my leg for the last two months. So far this pregnancy , i dont have it, but have other pains.
Both pregnancies, ive had polyhydramnios (excessive amniotic fluid). This time, theres even more fluid. Im huge and can barely walk. When i get up from sitting, my muscles stiffen up and its hard to move. Also, i feel contractions after walking more than a block, bacause of all the weight. Im 32 weeks. Its almost over, were in the home stretch.
Ive gained a bit too much weight too, about the same as you. What has helped me is controlling my diet a bit. Im not eating alot of sweets anymore and am eating small meals throughout the day. If i eat too much, i feel worse and am affraid ill explode.
Yea..I just needed a long nap which I took when my kids were at school. .feeling a bit better about evey thing .thanks for listening:)).I don't have a pilaties ball I'll have to get one..! I'm going to show that video to my hubby ..it made me laugh..hehe
So you have a Pilates ball? Try sitting on that. It's helps with some of the sciatica pain. There are some stretches that will help online as well. I also found I'd I stopped drinking about an jour n a half before bed I didn't get up to pee quite as much. As for heartburn. Try not drinking anything while you eat. I am taking zantac on a daily basis. 75 mg. As for the stubbed toe....look up on YouTube and show him the video of men getting la or pains via electric shocks. If nothing else, it makes me laugh to remember that guys couldn't handle an hour of it an we go through it for multiple hours...:)
