cramping

Just found out I'm about 5 weeks and I'm hv some cramping did anyone else experience this

I'm having menstrual like cramps and my back hurts from time to time. I have a doctors appointment Monday. I'm not hv many pregnancy signs either just a little heart burn and slight nausea and the craziest craving for salt

SJbno, how do you know or feel that you are having twins? My tummy is getting big and I only have 7 weeks and my first appointment will be until the 26th.
Just asking because twins runs in his family and mine.

Hi Cramping is natural and even I have the mild cramping in abdomen. Its a good sign :) I don't have any other symptoms like vomiting or nausea .I worried too much that there is no symptoms of pregnancy but HCG is giving good results.I feel that I am carrying twins. My scanning is on 6th week.Prayers

Well, you don't specify where are you having cramps, I do have cramps too but in my legs every day in the morning when I'm stretching right after I wake up
