Eat more potassium (bananas) and drink milk.  You're probably low on potassium and calcium. I had the same issues and that seemed to help.

It's probably your muscles stretching and preparing your body for labor and delivery

Hey. Im 34weeks and 4 days and I have the same problem. When I spoke to the midwife about it she sed it was normal and to drink water/tonic water before bed to help it. Personally I dont think that solution works. Ive just had to put up with the pain even though its really painful theres nothing that will help with it, that I know of. X
