Hey. Im 34weeks and 4 days and I have the same problem. When I spoke to the midwife about it she sed it was normal and to drink water/tonic water before bed to help it. Personally I dont think that solution works. Ive just had to put up with the pain even though its really painful theres nothing that will help with it, that I know of. X
Ha thanks I did not think so. My dock give me all kinds of meds they never work
I'm so wanting to be Abel to eat. And every one tells me how much lbs I have lost since I have got pregnant. Don't mind it because I was over whight before
It's probably your muscles stretching and preparing your body for labor and delivery
Eat more potassium (bananas) and drink milk. You're probably low on potassium and calcium. I had the same issues and that seemed to help.
Thanks in I will try to eat bananas but the milk I can't I throw it back up in no time.
Magnesium supplement before bed.
