U can still eat fruit but stick with berries they r less sugary then watermelon mangos n a lot of other fruit. Also no jucies. Even if they r 100 percent they r mostly sugar. It's just in pregnancy ppl think they have to eat more but they don't have to increase calories til like ur 5 month n only 2 to 3 calories. Which is just like a glass of orange juice per day not meal. So if ur eating a burger n a fries more then u used too on a normal day that is too much.

No don't do that.. substituting meals is never a good idea. What u can do is eat more protein n lean meat with grain rice. Half a serving. N more veggies. Cut back on fruit since fruit has alot of sugar n of course no junk food. N this should help. Even after deliver. But it would've been better to do this since the start. But can still help u.

diet varies. the word itself means what you eat. eat healthier and cut out all soda and junk food. if you eat right you don't have to worry about the weight.

You shouldn't diet when you are pregnant. Switch to healthy food choices instead. A short might not give your baby all the nutrition (vitamins and minerals) that they and you need. You are so close to giving birth and then your weight will go down. Talk to your doctor about how you can change your diet but the finally weeks of pregnancy is when your baby puts on lots of weight/fat stores.
