They told me that the heartbeat was very strong and that I need to be on pelvic rest and to go back on the 29th of this month to get a second ultrasound and see how the baby was doing but I keep having  Brown Burgundy discharge I feel a little pain in my lower back and feel  bloated with a little bit of pain I don't know if that's normal

Have them check you for bacterial vaginosis (BV) a bacterial imbalance causing your cervix to become irritated. What you are describing is similar to what happen to me.  Everything is fine but the dr gave me an antibiotic and put me on pelvic rest.

They said the clots I saw were from blood that had clotted and the bleeding was the cervix irritation. The pregnancy was not compromised though so now that I know I feel much better.

Good luck!

The chance of miscarriage drops when you get a heartbeat. What did the doctor tell you?   When I bled, my doctor checked the heartbeat and everything was fine but I had to be on bed rest until it stopped.  She also told me to wear pressure socks to prevent blood clots.
