exercise

Hi gals. 40 years old, 35 weeks.
I work three days a week and I come home so tired , with aching legs, as I'm on my feet the whole time, my iron levels have been down and I read everywhere that I should be exercising. Even though I just make it up the steps at home without losing my breath,is this a realistic expectation? Would exercise make it better? My weight gain is in normal range but I still have a bad conscience, feeling I should be exercising more.....

Sometimes a bit of gentle exercise can give you more energy (like getting in the swimming pool or taking a stroll in the fresh air.) it's also good for prep for labour.
At 36 weeks though you are already weight lifting so don't feel guilty!!

If you weren't already active before getting pregnant then just do some walking in the evening or before work.
I'm 36 and staying active throughout this 3rd pregnancy has made a huge difference (along with eating clean along and staying hydrated).
