Just try to take it easy and relax. Drink plenty of fluids. If you spot again put your feet up each time if you can.

You suffered a missed miscarriage the first time. I went through the exact same thing last October except I didn't do the D&C and had to be induced. I would get your levels checked just to be safe. I'm currently due anytime. I had spotting on and off with this pregnancy and with my 5 year old son when I was pregnant with him. This is my 4th pregnancy, and 3rd baby. Spotting can be normal. Have you had a ultrasound since the last miscarriage to confirm this pregnancy? It took up to 3 months for hcg to leave my body back in October  because I was 10 weeks or so when my baby died, after a great heartbeat and multiple ultrasounds and my hcg levels were through the roof. I thought I had gotten pregnant again, when in fact it was just left over hcg..  I would ask for blood work to check your levels to make sure and to make sure your progesterone levels are high enough then they can give you something. I had blood work and had a condition that made that baby a foreign object to my body, so now I take meds that helped my body carry the new pregnancy. All they did was a few blood tests. That loss was devistating, but it helped me know I had a underlying condition. Now I'm patiently waiting on my beautiful Radibow son...Good luck!

If you are that concerned, please by all meams go to an ER. I had 3 miscarriages when i got pregnant in 2010, i passed a couple clots and was terrified. Well i went straight to the ER and found out I was dehydrated and that was probably causing my issue. They did a scan, pumped me full of fluids and gave me a couple days of zofran and my beauty was born 6 months later. So please don't hesitate if your gut is telling you something is wrong or you are just that uneasy.

Bleeding can be totally normal and there can be several reasons why. You won't know a cause until you see a physician. Unfortunately this early there is nothing they can do if you were miscarrying. Hope that's not the case and everything works out. Best of luck
