first pregnancy help!

I'm 39 weeks and I don't know if I'm going into preterm labor. I've been having cramps and can't bend down without getting some pain and it feels like his pushing down. Is that preterm labor?

No. Preterm labor is labor before 37 weeks. You're baby is considered full term at 37 weeks so maybe you meant early labor. Definitely sounds like someone is trying to get things going though.
Are your cramps close together? The cramps are contractions.  If they're close enough together then you can go to the hospital.  Otherwise just wait until they're close and regular.
