food

I just ate bumble bee tuna fish, and then looked online and there are reports that's say its OK to eat and others say its not. will the small amount I ate be harmful to my baby?

I love albacore tuna and while I only ate it like once a month until last week, I'm now eating it once a week because I have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes, need to eat more protein than I previously did, and don't eat meat. (I am 28 weeks).

I avoid reading stuff online just because it's more dramatic then It really is. You can have that just in moderation.

And avoid all white or albacore- they are highest in mercury

You can eat tuna just try to limit it to 6oz a week since its a higher mercury fish
