for mothers who breastfed

Hey ladies. I'm expecting my second child in September and I really want to breast feed. It didn't work out with my first cuz I had a low milk supply and couldn't feed her anymore at 3 months.. What if I can't breast feed this baby either? Does a low milk supply mean always a low milk supply with every child? What were your experiences?

With my first I had the same issue, with my second it wasnt an issue at all, I just had to be patient while she was having growth spurts. With this one since she is most like going to be a preemie due to placenta complications, I am going to try the mother's milk tea to help increase supply and I have heard that there are recipes online for lactation cookies.

No, it doesn't. But there are supplements you can take to increase your milk. I wish I could remember the name, it was in a liquid form with a dropper. I would put it in a small glass of apple juice, it worked very well too .
