Hi,
Like you, I am 44 years old and I am in the same position as the original writer.
I heard about Cooper Institute for Reproductive Hormonal Disorders....They are in New Jersey....address: 8002 E Greentree Commons Marlton, NJ 08053
tele 856-810-7740
I will be contacting them and going to see them shortly to see if they can help me. I am told they are good, but don't know for sure since I have not gone to see them yet. They are my lead for now.
All the very best and don't give up.....where there is a will, there is a way.
God Bless....you will have a healthy pregnancy and with your own healthy eggs :)

I'm not in New York, but I did want to wish you good luck!! I hope all works out for you!
Dr Licarrdi at NYU. You can google him.
He was my friends Dr. She was 44 and concieved by natural IUI. She had a nornal FSH, but dont forget that FSH can go up and down each month. If its to high one month, they send you home and ask you to come back the following month to see if your hormones are within range. Also ask for the Inhibin B test which can more acuratly test ovarian reserve.
Dont give up. As long as you get a period and ovulate - your still in the game!
