getting pregnant after tubal pregnancy

i had a tubal pregnancy 1 year ago and caught it early and had a DNC. it has been a year and i still have not got pregnant. is it harder to get pregnant after all of this?

It shouldnt make a difference to your ability to conceive unless your tube was damaged during the process.  Typically, doctors recommend that you see them if you have trouble conceiving after one year of trying.  Also, there are lots of things that can effect a womens ability to conceive.  Several hormone-based conditions such as overactive thyroid and PCOS are examples and  when these conditions are  treated/managed  chances of conceiving  increase significantly in many cases.  Do see your doctor to find out what if there is a medical reason why you have conceived during the past year.
