Hi, I  was 40y/o and I did 2 IVFs and they both failed (using my eggs) which were great eggs and then i keep trying naturally and i got pregnant last year , I am today 5 months and everything is good .

There is  a doctor in NYC and he is very affordable:
VINCENT BRANDEIS, Board Certified in Reproductive and Endocrinology ...

I had a child at 40 naturally, and now want another.  I am meeting with an RE in March to discuss options as I get pregnant easily, but continue to miscarry, most likely due to age (I will be 42 this month).  I do know from talking to others in my age range that most will tell you that the best route to go is IVF with donor eggs.  Most RE's do not recommend IVF with our own eggs at our age.  I am not certain how important it is to you to use your own eggs (for some, this is very important, others like me, it's not an issue), so this is of course a very personal decision. However, if you think you can only take one shot at it, I am fairly confident donor eggs give you a much higher chance.  Whatever you decide, I wish you success!!
