Just make sure any dairy product says pasteurizade. Thats what I was told by my doctor. Good things to snack... variety of nuts, fruits salads and vegies. Make sure wash the vegies or any vegetable to avoid the toxoplasmosis.

Really?  What about salad cheese which is similar to feta but just called salad cheese?

Be careful! Feta is a no-no along with any soft cheeses like goat cheese, blue cheese and Mexican Queso.

I'm on a strict low fat diet so we cook a lot of the Jamie Oliver meals and just leave out the oil, olives, and cheese. He's really focused on easy healthy eating and we find a lot of the dinners are only about 2000-2500kj and really tasty.

Another one I love: I buy a tin of mixed beans. Add some tomatoes and cucumber to it, little cubes of cheddar cheese and some olive oil. Salt and pepper.  This one I have as a meal as it is very feeling :)

I am into this salad at yhe moment: some sort of salad leaves (preferably with rocket), avocado, tomatoes, crushed up nuts (walnuts), and dressing which I make by mixing mustard,  honey, lemon juice, olive oil. Add some salt and pepper if you like. You can add little bit of feta cheese and some croutons. Absolutly love it!!!

Egg whites, cheese (not processed), ham and a English muffin. Salad grilled chicken and light dressing...  if your not looking for low fat I prefer burger extra cheese, chili cheese fries and a milk shake.....
