expecting after early miscarriages

I have had 2 early miscarriages. The last one 3 years ago. There was no medical explanation beyond "they just didn't take. I do have a healthy 7 yr old and had a healthy pregnancy. I am currently expecting with a different father than the previous pregnancy. What are my chances for a successful pregnancy now? I am so excited yet scared!

Thank you....it does give me hope. I have been worried everytime I feel a cramp but everyone says it is completely normal to feel cramps as long as there is not bleeding or unless its severe which its not,it feels like period cramps but moderate not mild. I am very hopeful and am praying like crazy so hopefully all is well. I have also heard that after 2 miscarriages there is like a 1%chance of a third so I keep that in mind plus the bright side of a miscarriage is obviously conception is possible. So I just keep reading the stories of other women and it keeps my hopes up.

Hi I had two misscarriages as well and don't have any children, had fertility testing after last misscarriage and nothing was found to be wrong with my husband or I. I had pretty much decided we werent meant to have kids when at 36 I find myself pregnant again, I am now at 14 and half weeks, baby growth and heartbeat etc all on track and confirmed so if I have a chance so do you! Good luck :)

The symptoms I have are a lot of gas, period like cramps that come and go and not everyday, nauseousness but not all the time or everyday (I guess it comes and goes also) actually I was more nauteous last week and thought I gad a stomache bug which is why I finally tested which was 2 days before my period was due. My boobs have been hurting on and off also and feeling fuller which is becoming more often. I did take another hpt just for s&g and the positive appeared in like 30sec real dark.

I think your chances are pretty good if you "feel pregnant".  Do you have the typical early pregnancy symptoms?
