OMGness... I know that feeling, I am awake until about 3 in the morning's and I have to be up @6 to get ready for work. I try not to sleep too early so I can stay asleep longer but sometimes it works.
I have been suffering with insomnia also. It can be very difficult to function with the exhaustion during the day. I've researched online, and learned that it may be caused by a deficit of calcium and magnesium. We need to pick some up and give it a try. I pray you sleep soundly tonight!
