Get your doctor to prescribe you Zantac. You can take it twice a day. I got a prescription from my doc. Hundred fifty tabs for twenty bucks. Works wonders!
Mustard works! Of course I wouldn't recommend a spicy mustard. A lady told me about it and I thought she was crazy. But I've shared the info with friends and at least 4 have tried it and said it worked for them too!
Pepcid works for me. My Dr said any over the counter heartburn medicine is safe. Milk also helps me when the Pepcid isn't kicking in.
