I'm not sure what your question/issue is, but for TTC I would start with OPKs, BBT, and prenatal vitamins. There's a good ovulation tracker chart on this website that might help too. Best wishes.

Here is a book I read to help me understand charting and ttc. I found it very helpful and I got my copy from Amazon but your local library may it.
