I am 40 years old... my youngest of two children is 17!!!  I am only in my 6th week and I  have nauseating headaches every week. My first Drs appt is Dec 12th but I need to know what I can do that won't harm my baby. I tried pressure points but that didn't work. Please help!

I drink a little coffee for the caffeine but not more than what's recommended and that has helped me.

Plain Tylenol is fine, but no ibuprofen or aspirin! Hope that helps.
