Monistat 7 days. All my doctors recommend me to use it when my insurance didnt cover or had to wait days for oharnacy stock to come in or when I couldnt wait another day to see the doctor.  Monistat 1 is small yeast infection, monistat 3 is for mild symptoms, monistat 7 gets rid of it all. Avoid sugars, it feeds the yeast. Drink a lot of water to rid of body sugar to help prevent future one. yes, yogurt helps balance the good and bad cells after using medicine.

The Monistat 3 combination pack is very effective.  Also think about taking a probiotic pill daily to prevent it from reocccuring. Or eating yogurt, that helps too.

Your best going to the doctor so they can prescribe something or you could go to local pharmacy and speak to a pharmacist there and just explain your symptoms and see what they reccomend.
