I'm 37 weeks pregnant and my Dr want to induce me next week how can I start my labour naturally or something can some one help me please I don't want pitocin or her to brake my water so is there anything please help

Im 40+5 im want to induce my labor too. Ive tried walking and i took castor oil twice. NOTHING HAS WORKED. I go for my appointment on monday im gonna try to get induced.
