Congratulations! Drink anything that you can--Gatorade, 7 up, juice, etc.  Plain water wouldnt stay down for me but 1/2 Gatorade & 1/2 water did sometimes. Act fluoride mouth rinse was recommended to me by dentist.  I was vomiting multiple x a day most weeks. Best of luck to you.  Agree that IV helps a lot.  I had acupuncture from weeks 6-8 & it also helped but it was expensive and I would have had to keep going 3 x a week which I couldn't do.  I hope this isn't HG for you and that it passes.  Hang in there.

definitely ask your doctor if you can have the liquid antacid over the pill form or tums because the liquid antacid  works more quickly and thats what they gave me in the hospital whenever I would go in for my hyperemesis

talk to your doctor about the possibility of having "Hyperemesis Gravidarum" and go online and look up the "Her Foundation"
if you're vomiting that much the only thing you can do is try to keep it down as long as you can hopefully you digest some of it but you can always go in for IV fluids as often as you need to to stay hydrated being just a little dehydrated will make the vomiting worse you will feel so much better if you get an IV
saltines are not going to help you feel better I'm sorry to say but I would recommend getting a liquid antacid just to save your esophagus because if you're vomiting that frequently you're going to feel like you're swallowing glass every time you swallow neutralizing the stomach acid will also help guard your teeth from getting destroyed by stomach acid

Don't push fluids on yourself too quick! If you do, you'll just make the vomit reflex worse. Try eating Saltines and drinking slow small sips of clear liquids.

How far along are you?  The vomiting is not good of you can't hold down liquids you can get dehydrated really quick.
