How many ultrasounds did you have throughout your,pregnancy?

I have had about 15 this pregnancy. 3 at the doctor and I work at a hospital and they do one on me anytime I ask, which has been pretty darn nice!

One a week first 12 weeks. Then monthly til 34 weeks. Then every other week.

I'm 20 wks and have had one every 2 wks since I was 8 wks due to high risk so it varies

I'm 36 weeks and have had 5 big ultrasounds and my Dr has his own small ultrasound machine in his office that he has used at every appointment to check bub quickly. I've only had that many because I have GD and am having a big baby. So the growth, measurements and health of bub have had to be checked. It all depends on your Dr, your health and your babies.

Normally you will only have 1-2. But there are exceptions!! I had 5 with my first pregnancy due to previous miscarriage. This pregnancy I am going for my 6th due to having a big baby.

I had a lot, but was doing IVF and that is their tool of choice.  Then was considered high risk.  Otherwise I think I would have been given only two or three in the whole pregnancy.

I'm 18 weeks and I've had 4 already but I'm high risk. Been in and out the hospital whole pregnancy so far! I have another next week and another in December...Probably depends on doctor...

I'm 26+4 and have gotten a u.s every 4 weeks since 8 weeks ... But I'm high risk due to having preeclampsia and g.d last pregnancy super bad! I will get them every 4 weeks till birth, or more depending on how my blood pressure acts and depending if I have g.d agains this time..

I am 16 weeks , I had 3, first to make sure it was viable normal looking pregnancy at 8 weeks (I have had a few misscarriages), then one at 11 and one for translucency scan

I'm 31 weeks and have had 4 and another planned at 35 weeks. I'm a high risk pregnancy though. I think most only have two.

One at 8 weeks to confirm pregnancy, one at 12 for the down syndrome testing, one at 20 for the anatomy scan and then one at 22 coming up Monday to do an echocardiogram. I have a cousin with a young child with heart issues, so my doctor is being extra careful. She said after that, unless there was a need, that would likely be my last.

The first was to confirm being pregnant. The second was the anatomy/gender. The third was just to make sure everything was ok I guess. And the last was to see how much he weighs, and to check amniotic fluid in each quadrant.

I am 34 weeks and have had 3 most insurance companies will only pay for 2 ultrasounds unless there is a medical reason for more.

Thanks! I'm also 13 Weeks, almost 14, and I've had one. Just wondering because I've heard some have two throughout their whole pregnancy and some have way more.

I'm thirteen weeks and one day and so far I had four of them and my next one is in december and january I should know the gender! (:

I guess it depends on the doctor and whayt they choose and if your high risk or not.
