hypnobirthing

Is anyone using hypnobirthing?  I'm thinking of ordering Hypnobabies.

I am reading the book right now and plan to use it. My friend just had her second baby in May and used it, no pain medication and hardly any pain at all. She said she was more comfortable than when she had an epidural. She said she felt like she was cheating and should have been in a lot of pain. Totally labor time from first contaction to delivery was less than 7 hours

I haven't used it but it looks really interesting.  I'd like to try it.
