i have a cold

This is my first pregnancy and I have decided to do this as natural as possible meaning no pharmaceuticals at all. I have a stuffy head, dry cracked lips, sneezing like crazy. Does anyone no any home natural safe for the baby remedies to help

Not sure if you meant stuffy nose? If so go to the restroom turn on te hot water and just sit there, that will loosen up your mucus. If you have headaches just use a nice pack, maybe some teas (make sure you google them, and make sure they are organic and no caffeine) for your cracked lips just stay hydrated && well use Chapstick? I've used Vaseline of my lips and face when it's really dry outside and it's helped but i only use it at night. If you feel like you're getting a cold or something, put Vicks on your feet && put socks on. If you feel like you're getting a dry cough or so use a humidifier at night. I know it may not be very helpful but i hope it works or it gives you some idea. Hope you get better.

How far along are you? Congestion and allergy/cold like symptoms are common during pregnancy and unfortunately if it is not a cold, you will just have to deal with the congestion. I started getting congestion when I found out I was pregnant and am STILL dealing with it. The doctor said it was rhinitis and that chances were it wouldn't go away until I gave birth.... So I have been dealing with it for about 7, almost 8 months of it and nothing has helped me. You could try a humidifier, vapo rub, or sit in the bathroom with a steamy hot shower on.
