I'm 39 weeks today been getting contractions every 15 minutes or so for the last 12 hrs is there anyway to help things along
Sex helps. Semen has the same hormone used in induction. Let it sit in there for a while.
I'm always active always walking I've got an aggressive colan as well which isn't helping the pain
