I've been induced twice and went into labor on my own once. The most painful contractions I ever had were when I went into labor on my own. Doctors said I was having double contractions. But honestly I would perfer to go into labor on my own because when you have contractions you can rest at your home. When induced you are hooked to machines and its very uncomfortable.
