I am 43 and conceived natural. I don't think anyone every tested my HCG levels and I go 1x month to dr. In what state or country do they test the HCG on reg basis?

I was put on progesterone, it helps stabilize your hcg levels. I was told about it by my doctor after I miscarried twins. Ask your doctor for it, if they say no you can buy it online in creams and that'll help you keep the baby. I used it for the first four months and everything went well, only 8 more weeks with this baby.
