HCG levels can also rise after a miscarriage even though all of the tissue has been expelled.  That's what happened to me in October/November.  My hcg continued to go up 1000 points for another two weeks after the miscarriage.  I had a follow-up ultrasound (for a different reason), and there was nothing left in my uterus from the pregnancy.  If you are pregnant again, your hcg numbers should climb very rapidly.  Take good care!

HCG levels can also rise if a miscarriage did not void all of the tissue. Leftover tissue from a confirmed miscarriage can make HCG levels rise and cause complications in your uterus if not removed. However, I hope everything is fine and that you have a healthy baby in there instead. Good luck.

I agree maybe you were carrying twins.....and lost one.  I was carrying triplets and lost one.....so that could explain it.

sometimes you can lose one twin and that woudl cause numbers to decrease and rise again and sometinmes you can get pregnant immdediately...either way..you are pregnant and only another test and then one two days later will confirm...thanks for your thoughtful message, I will pray for you and send HOPE your way.
