Yea it's a myth that it will cause preterm labor. But with my daughter, I had to have it. Ididnt care. Lol. We carried full term so pffft.

Like spicy stuff? U can eat spicy stuff but it may be more likely to give u heartburn and its one of the supposed ways to trigger labor since it stimulates the bowels more but if baby isnt ready it wont start labor
