pregnancy after iud

So I had my IUD removed after 2 years of having it on October 16th. My husband and I both want another baby. Is it hard to get pregnant after having the iud, is it easier, and about how long would it take to conceive a baby? TIA

Katelibra i also fell pregnant with the mirina iud in. I conceived twins and my iud made a hole in my womb where one fertilised egg escaped and attached somewhere in my abdomen i ended up loosing both baby's. After that i had to wait 3 months because of medication i had to have and then conceived on first month trying.

I had mirena for 5 years.  A few months later i conceived the month we decided to try. I had a blighted ovum, a baby never developed but I was pregnant ended up miscarrying.  Doctors say it had nothing to do with the iud.  A month later I got pg again and am now 33weeks.

I had an IUD (don't remember the brand) for just over 5 years and decided to take it out and try to conceive. I used the book "How to Choose the Sex of Your Baby", tracked my period for 2 months and used BBT and ovulation timing prediction and was pregnant the very next month... With the boy we were trying for! This was 12 years ago. I can't speak for anyone else but I didn't have any trouble getting pregnant after IUD removal.

It really depends on your body. I know of people who had no issues and other who had many. I had two losses before we finally got our sticky baby. I'm 25 weeks along with our little girl now.

All depends which IUD.  So before anyone can throw out thoughts, it would help to know which one you had.
