answers please...

Is it true that I could be hospitalized at my next appointment and be induced because baby has no more room to grow? That's what I keep getting told and I don't know if to believe it or not? Can anyone answer this for me please...

My first little girl was induced 14 days early because she stopped growing and doctors said it could be harmful to the baby. Luckily I was induced that night because she came out very blue and it took them minutes to get her breathing. Very scary experience!! Trust your obstetrician they know what they are doing.

Agree with above. Crowded is not an indication for in patient admission but the other two are.

Sort of. If they think the baby doesn't have enough amniotic fluid or they do a NST and the baby is showing signs of distress, they will likely want to induce. They wouldn't induce just because it's "crowded".
