looking for prenatal supplements with stoll softener in it!

should they be prescribed by the doc or do i have to buy them over the counter?

I use PrimaCare One, which is perscription.  It works a bit too well.  I can barely get my big butt to the can on time in the am.  TMI I know...

With my insurance they seem to cost alot more!! So I tend to just take fiber pills or stool softners with the regular prenatal pills.

Just tell you doctor you need a prenatal vitamin with stool softener in it.  There are many kinds.  You might also add that you want one that comes in generic.  Otherwise you will get the lastest one that the drug pusher are promoting and you will have to pay top $$$.

I can't remember the name, but one of the prenatal vitamin samples the RE gave me had a stool softener---It was one of the Prenate ones.....
