low hgc level

Hi! I'm 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant, yesterday I started spotting it changes from brown color to red whe I cslled my Dr. asked me to come for u/s and lab work, she said that I have an abnormal sac and that my hcg was 600 now I need to wait 5 more days for another u/s, can anyone tell me if they had a similar situation and had been able to have a healthy baby

I am "Sorry" You're going through this and it does not sound very promising.
I do not understand how the doctor was able to see that the sac was abnormal as in a pregnancy so early it is not usually found. Did You have an internal done'?.
I hope that it goes well for you and I am "Sorry" you're going through this once again. Usually the bleeding- spotting would be accompanied by pain if You were losing the baby however people can be differant.
Best of luck, let us know how it went

Are they going to check your HCG levels again?  I am sorry that you have to go through this.  Why did they say your sac was abnormal?  Normally you can't really see anything good on an ultrasound until your levels are at least 1,000 but better over 2,000 so by the next 5 days you should be over 2,000.  Hopefully it was just too early and they didn't get a clear picture.  Good luck and I hope you get good results at your next ultrasound.
