Hi I lost my plug on Tuesday evening I have had Little bit of cramps but keep getting shooting pains and like something is pushing down, I also get the urge as if I need to poo but I go at least twice a day the urge last for a minute and then goes any help please

You may want to go to the hospital sweetie your bundle may be ready to make his/her grand arrival

I second bridget3's comment. That urge of using the rest room ur feeling is sometimes the urge of pushing. I think the baby wants to be out to finally meet you fce to face.
