metallic taste and feeling queasy

I am almost 6 weeks. What are some of the things you do, eat or drink to help with the metallic taste and queasiness? Thanks!!

Metallic taste usually mean you are lacking iron...so you need to eat iron rich foods like spinach,  beans, red meat and almond nuts. Lack of iron also causes queasiness and can lead to anaemia. I suggest you tell your Doctor and he/she can put you on iron supplements if you struggle to eat iron rich foods.
