You'd certainly need to speak to a doctor, I have a friend who had 2 sucessful pregnancies after having had a brain hemmorage, she was monitered closely during labour as she wasnt allowed to push too hard or for too long but she managed! I recently saw a lady on "One Born EveryMinute" who had had heart problems all her life and she managed to deliver a healthy baby, they monitered her, she had an epidural and they used forceps to help her along at the end. Speak toyour doctor first.
