no sac found at seven weeks

My period was e weeks late, on the third week I started noticing a light bleeding, it lasted for a week and I went to the hospital. They tested me and found I am pregnant. The doctor did an ultrasound and found that there is no sac! No fetal heart!. He later concluded that I might have miscarried. Well I denied inside me as I didnot notice anythign like miscarriage and no cramping. I still feel nauseas and have slight heartaches. Did anyone ever had a miscarriage which went unnoticed at seven weeks or did the doctor misdiagnose me? What could have happened to my baby. I once miscarried but I noticed everything coming out. I ama so lost and afraid to do a HPT again, I still have a dark line from my navel to the pelvis. Am I still pregnant? I went to the hospital two weeks agon which means it should be 9 weeks now. Please help.

You need to have your HCG levels tested.  It doesn't sound like your doctor is monitoring you very well.  Did they check for ectopic pregnancy when they did the last ultrasound?

On friday last  week I started spotting again. I just  see a very small omount of blood, small that I can not  even use a sanitary pad. the blood is not red but looks darkbrown and is light. some times a day goes by without spotting. it has been seven days now and my period only lasts for three days. can someone  tell me what is happening with me.

Thanks, now it makes me realise that I am not the only  one with the saMe problemm. I have been browsing on this webside and left with questions because I didn't know that it is not always the case that you will notice a baby passing through. I will go for another ultra sound in two days time. Thank you very much

I am sorry you are going through that right now!

Unfortunately I have had 3 miscarriages that had no symptoms for many weeks, >9 weeks, my last pregnancy went on for 11 weeks before I learned by ultrasound that the heartbeat had stopped - I had no symptoms that something was wrong.

Go for an ultrasound now, you'll know for sure if you're still pregnant. Good luck!
