no sac

Hi I'm 36yrs old & 10wks pregnant. I spotted on Sat & went to er. They did a trans vag us & said they don't see the yolk sac. I'm not cramping or in pain but is this the beginning of a miscarriage? Please help.

Sorry but yes. By 10 weeks vaginally they should see a heart and somewhat formed baby. I too had a miscarriage at 10 weeks, but baby stopped growing at 7 weeks. At 6 weeks we saw heartbeat and was given good news. Even my hcg was through the roof. We waited 2 weeks to miscarry and my hcg finally lowered after 2 months. I was given cytotec to induce and passed after 6 hours. Will be praying for you

Unfortunately I would say so. By 10 weeks they should see the sac and stem. I'm sorry for your loss. I'll be praying for you and your angel. I lost two last year so I know the feeling.
