Having a NST next tue. Anything I should worry about?.

I'm 31. No complications.

NST monitoring is just 40 minutes on a monitor measuring baby's heartbeat & baby's movement then they do an ultrasound checking water level, visual heartbeat and they want to see the baby move 2 quick times.

Easy appointment typically done 2x a week until the end.

Nope non stress test are easy. They just want to monitor your baby more closely! They usually put you on a monitor and listen to baby's heart beat while you relax in a recliner! You will be fine and so will baby. Just relax
