not dilating
I'm 39 wks and 1 day and I'm still not dilating. I'm having intense contractions but nothing. Its becoming extremely painful. How can I speed up the process
Im with you.. tomorrow ill be 40 weeks and not dilated. Going to be induced Wednesday night.
Im about to go get some pineapple then because I'm with u!! 39 weeks as well and these contradictions r no joke! :-\
Sadly, there's no sure way of speeding up the process. Baby is going to come when body is ready! But, to help out maybe slightly..would be tons of walking, sex (semen softens cervix and orgasms help produce natural contractions) and squats..other than that..its a waiting game. Im about to be 39 weeks as well:) good luck mommy:)
