older c-section (22YS LATER)

I am 48yrs and have
binkin line C-secion and getting a fowl smell I have had the smell before but it it gettin a lot worst then ever and it would feel moist and sometime it would hurt.it dont hurt when I touch it just hurt when I have to wipe it to dry it off,Why am I getting this smell now in my 40ish? I have had this c-section done 22yrs ago I dont understand why am have this problem now.Have any one had this happen to them even if been yr and yrs later.I just dont like the smell.

My c section scar is only just less then 2 years old, so I cannot say that I share this experience. However, I would probably see your Dr. It sounds like this should be investigated. All the best to you.

Is there any overlapping of the skin where your scar is? If you have a skin crease there, you probably have a yeast infection in the crease. If you have a crease, you may want to try a topical antifungal.
